Ingredients
Big Fat Zero noodles
300g fresh cooked prawns
1 medium Banana, sliced
1/2 small Broccoli, chopped
½ Onion, sliced finely
2 cloves of Garlic, crushed
1 cup peas
1 stick of Celery, sliced
2 cups Fish stock
2 teaspoons of Curry spice mix
½ teaspoon Turmeric
1 tablespoon tomato puree
Directions
In a non-stick frying pan or wok, add the onions, garlic, broccoli and celery with a little water to stop sticking. Cook on a low heat for 10 minutes until soft.
Add the banana, peas, fish stock, tomato puree, turmeric and mixed spice stir and bring to boil. Lower the temperature to a simmer, then cover and leave to cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the prawns and Big Fat Zero noodles and leave to simmer for another ten minutes.
